No-Sugar Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. or more dark, seedless raisins
    1/2 c. orange juice or more
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 tsp. or more grated orange peel
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl with wooden spoon, stir all ingredients until well mixed.
    Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
    Bake about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
    Stir in tightly covered container. Contains 80 calories per cookie.
    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen light, cake-like cookies.
