Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green bell peppers
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. (full) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Melt
the
butter and oleo in large skillet
and
saute
onions
and
peppers until tender. Combine corn (including liquid), eggs, sour cream, cheese and muffin
mix with
the
sauteed onions and peppers.
Pour into (vegetable spray coated) baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
