Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Line pan with whole or half graham crackers.
    Mix pudding and milk.
    Add Cool Whip; spread half over crackers.
    Add another layer of crackers.
    Add rest of pudding.
    Put a layer of crackers on top.
    Cover with chocolate icing.
