Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. light rum
8 oz. frozen whipped topping
8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, rum, 1/2 cup pineapple and coconut in blender for 30 seconds.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into crust; sprinkle with coconut.
Freeze until firm (4 hours). Garnish with remaining pineapple.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Store leftover pie in freezer.
