Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. uncooked, diced apples
    1 c. nuts (black walnuts best)
Preparation
    Grease and flour 3 layer cake pans.
    Combine Wesson oil, eggs and vanilla and beat.
    Add sugar.
    Sift and measure flour, soda and salt, mixing well.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
