Shepard'S Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 shepard loaf (unsliced and not sour dough)
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can diced green chilies
2 pkg. chipped beef (chopped coarsely)
2 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 - 8 oz sour cream
Preparation

Cut out top of loaf for the lid.
Hollow out bread completely and save large pieces for dipping.
Mix all remaining ingredients including the bread pieces and put in loaf.
Replace top and wrap in foil.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
