Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
1 pt. cream
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. black pepper or to taste
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in egg and cream, using wire whisk.
Set aside.
Boil noodles; drain and return to pot.
Pour cream mixture over noodles; toss lightly, adding cheese and pepper.
Reserve some cheese to serve at the table.
Serves 4 to 6.
