Never Fail Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute (rolling). Cool.
    Beat until thick.
