Tuna Timbales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    3 stiff beaten egg whites
    1 c. white sauce
Preparation
    Lightly brown tuna
    and
    onion\tin
    salad oil.\tAdd egg yolks, bread, lemon
    juice
    and seasoning.
    Fold in egg whites and turn into greased
    custard cups.
    Bake in pan of hot water at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Unmold and serve with white sauce.
