Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 10 minutes in preheated 450\u00b0 oven.
    Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes or until custard is set.
