Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. (2 medium) mashed bananas (ripe)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat together sugar and oil.
Add eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla.
Blend well.
