Chicken Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 cans bean sprouts
    2 cans water chestnuts
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Remove from bone.
    Return chicken to broth; add bean sprouts and water chestnuts (drained).
    Add drained mushrooms; simmer.
    Add celery,
    onions and soy sauce; simmer until celery and onions are done.
    Thicken cornstarch and water by cooking.
    Add to mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
