Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Chill thoroughly. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    To freeze, place salmon ball in an airtight container in freezer.
    To serve, remove from freezer and let thaw completely.
    Yields one (6-inch) ball.
