Fay'S Good Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 stick butter or margarine
2 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell
4 eggs
Preparation

In a nonstick boiler, melt butter.
Add milk, sugar and eggs (beaten well), stirring constantly to keep from sticking.
Add pinch of salt.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle nutmeg over the top of the pie and cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
