Chicken Salad(Serves 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 lb. chicken
    3 doz. eggs, cooked day before
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    3 qt. mayonnaise, thinned with 3/4 c. lemon juice
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cut almonds
    5 bunches celery, finely chopped
    3 lb. macaroni, cooked
    1 qt. finely chopped peppers
Preparation
    Prepare in order given; can mix everything but eggs and mayonnaise the day before.
    Add eggs and mayonnaise the morning it is to be served.
