Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, coarsely shredded
    3 large tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large skillet.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender, about 10 to 12 servings.
    Can add (German) sausage, cut in about 3 or 4-inch pieces and fried with 4-inch chunks of Italian sausage.
