English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small jar pimento, chopped and drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts (add small amount of liquid)
2 cans LeSueur peas, drained
Preparation

Saute oleo, onion and bell pepper.
Mix with other ingredients (peas last).
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake until bubbly in 350\u00b0 oven.
