Rainbow Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pt. assorted flavors of sherbet
    3 (28 oz.) bottles chilled ginger ale
Preparation
    Make scoops of sherbet and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
    When ready to serve, pour ginger ale into a punch bowl and top with scoops of sherbet. Serve with straws and spoons.
    Makes about 20 (4 ounce) servings.
