Tropical Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
    1 ripe banana, sliced
    1 Tbsp. frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice packed, undrained)
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except coconut in a medium bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into dessert dishes; sprinkle with coconut.
