Jewish Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. stew beef
    2 large onions
    lemon pepper season
    red wine (1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. garlic vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    6 cloves
Preparation
    Slice 1 onion in bottom of crock-pot.
    Add meat, lemon pepper season and cloves.
    Slice other onion on top of meat.
    Add vinegar and water; cook on low for 12 hours.
    After 12 hours, drain meat (most of liquid off) and add brown sugar and barbecue sauce.
    Cook for 6 more hours on low.
