Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. seasoned flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1 2/3 c. water
    1 c. instant rice
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Roll chicken in flour; brown in butter. Heat soup, onion and celery with water in saucepan.
    Put rice in 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in 2/3 cup soup mixture.
    Top with chicken.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over.
    Add salt.
    Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
