Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked, seasoned and mashed
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crushed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 jar pimentos, cut fine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Pour over stuffing mix and stir.
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with 1/2 the crumbs.
    Save rest for top.
    Mix all other ingredients; pour over stuffing mix.
    Sprinkle rest of crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    May be made in 2 smaller size casseroles.
    Freeze one.
