Sugared Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. peanuts
Preparation
-
In a heavy saucepan, blend first 3 ingredients.
Boil until syrup will spin into a thread.
Pour in two cups of peanuts or pecan halves and stir constantly until syrup begins to harden. Pour out on waxed paper and separate halves and allow to cool.
