Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cut broccoli
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    2 to 4 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    Ritz crackers (regular)
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli; add salt and pepper.
    Mix cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, cream of mushroom soup and onion in saucepan. Stir at all times until boiling on medium, about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Put drained broccoli in casserole dish; top with sauce and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 30 minutes depending on oven.
