Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese (not Cheddar)
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Cool and whip when soft set. Add pineapple.
    Whip cream and fold in grated cheese.
    Combine gelatin mixture to whipped cream mixture.
    Divide crumbs.
    Place half on bottom and sprinkle other half on top.
