Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh frozen coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, beaten egg yolks and milk.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add butter and flavoring; cool.
Add fresh coconut.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
Serve cold.
