Speedy Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium red pepper
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or sliced beef
    2 tsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. salsa
    12 tortillas (7-8 inch)
Preparation
    Cut peppers into 1 inch strips. Heat 1 tsp. oil and chicken or beef. Stir fry 3-4 minutes or until meat is done. Remove from heat. Heat 1 tsp. oil and add pepper and garlic. Stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add chicken or beef, onion soup mix, water and salsa to pepper mixture. Heat through. Warm tortillas and place mixture in center of tortillas. Serve with your choice of toppings.
