Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch strips
    salt
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Wash and peel sweet potatoes and cut in strips.
    Soak in cold salted water for a short time.
    Drain; dry between towels.
    Fry in deep fat at 365\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes, or until brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper; sprinkle lightly with salt.
