Company Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 small container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped fine
yellow summer squash, sliced and boiled 5 minutes and drained
Preparation

Combine sour cream, soup and sauteed onion (or dry onion). Line casserole dish with butter.
Put 1/2 of stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish.
Put layer of squash on top.
Pour 1/2 soup/sour cream mixture on top.
Put layer of squash on.
Pour rest of soup mixture on.
Pour rest of stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until brown on top and bubbly.
