Cheese Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
    2/3 c. milk (see note)
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for biscuits.
    (Note:
    The 2/3 cup of milk is the amount specified in most biscuit mixes to go with 2 1/4 cups of mix.
    Read your own box directions for the exact amount of milk to be used.)
    Knead 8 to 10 times.
    Roll out on floured surface to 14-inch circle.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cut into pie shape wedges. Roll to form.
    Place point side down on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from baking sheet immediately.
