Ele Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Mix and press first 3 ingredients into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool before adding next layer, about 30 minutes.
    Mix and spread next 4 ingredients over first layer. Chill until set.
    Mix last 3 ingredients together and put on top of other layers.
    Chill again.
    Makes a lot!
