Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, rice, salt and pepper.
    Roll into balls about the size of walnuts.
    Cook in tomato soup mixture with water 15 minutes in pressure cooker.
    If you cook this in a saucepan, add more water and cook longer until done.
