Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
few grains salt
Preparation

Cook sugar, butter, milk and salt to soft ball stage (234\u00b0 to 238\u00b0).
Add peanut butter just before removing from fire.
Do not stir.
Cool to room temperature.
Add vanilla.
Beat until mixture is creamy, thick and will hold its shape when dropped from a teaspoon.
Pour into well buttered shallow pan.
Cut into squares.
