Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini, peeled
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy; add in dry ingredients.
    Makes 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done.
