Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. chopped Ortega chiles
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 pkg. corn meal muffin mix
    grated Cheddar cheese (enough to cover top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except grated cheese.
    Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish (grease pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
    Remove from oven and cover top with cheese.
    Return to oven just until cheese melts.
