Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat together.
    Add zucchini, nuts and pineapple; mix well.
    Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam.
    Divide batter evenly between the 2 pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
