Ingredients

7 whole eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter, melted
3 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells, unbaked
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, slowly adding sugar.
Add flour, then buttermilk and then butter, all the while beating.
Add vanilla.
When all is well beaten, pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until nicely browned on top and firm in center, approximately 45 minutes.
