Deer Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground deer meat
    2 peppers, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. oil (meat doesn't have its own oil)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Grease baking dish or pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or so.
    Check occasionally.
