Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 small jar pimento, finely chopped
Preparation
    Bring cheese to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients. Chill.
    Roll into 2 balls and roll in chopped pecans.
