Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0. Use 1/2 cup mixture in o size funnel.
    Swirl in circles in hot oil. Let brown, then turn.
    Remove and place on paper plate.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes about 12 (9-inch) cakes.
