Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Flake the salmon and stir in crumbs, eggs, salt and paprika. Form the ingredients into cakes and saute them in butter until browned.
    Serve with mushroom or tartar sauce.
    Serves 12.
