Roulade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices top round roast (slices should be approximate size of a woman's hand and sliced very thin)
12 slices lean bacon, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
water
Preparation

In small skillet, cook bacon, onions and parsley until bacon is cooked.
Drain off all fat.
