Chocolate Cream Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease muffin pan.
    Sift together the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking soda. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water.
    Beat 1/2 minute more.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
