Turkey Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. turkey breast slices
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    4 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In shallow dish, beat egg and milk.
    Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Dip turkey slices into egg mixture and coat with crumbs.
    Arrange on a greased baking pan, 10 x 5 x 1 inch.
    Bake 4 to 5 minutes.
    Pour sauce over slices and top with mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 4 to 5 minutes, until sauce is heated and cheese melts.
    Serves 4.
