Baked Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 medium apple
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut.
    Peel and dice apple and onion; mix with sauerkraut.
    Add celery seed and salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Season pork chops; place on top of mixture.
    Cover with foil; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
