Virgil'S Special Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (10 oz.) can New England clam chowder, undiluted
    3 or 4 eggs
Preparation
    Stir clam chowder into eggs.
    Beat together (do not add milk or water).
    Fry as any other omelet.
    You may add chopped onion or other ingredients if you wish.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Excellent omelet.
