Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut Crisco into dry mixture. Gradually add buttermilk. In separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Then add to the rest of the ingredients. Flour hands to handle dough. Roll out on floured board. Cut with biscuit cutters. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Dough can be covered and kept in refrigerator for a week.
