Aunt Eilleen'S Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water and sugar until sugar dissolves.
    Add yeast and let stand approximately 20 minutes.
    Add flour and knead for approximately 5 minutes.
    Let rise until double in size.
