Okra And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. okra
    4 medium unpeeled sliced tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut tips and ends from okra and slice crosswise.
    Arrange ingredients in alternate layers, beginning with tomatoes and ending with cheese.
    Add seasoning to each layer.
    Bake for 40 minutes in covered casserole dish at 350\u00b0.
