Snickerdoodles(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Chill dough at least one hour.
    Roll into walnut-sized balls.
    Roll balls into mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until bottoms are brown and top cracks.
    Cool on paper bag.
